This was the highest rated dark chocolate bar from consumer labs inc. So I had high expectations. I was worried it might be too bitter but it's not bitter at all. It's very smooth, creamy and chocolatey. I really like it. I'm pretty much just taking it for the flavanols and health reasons, it's a little expensive, but I'm just eating 2 squares, every other day. Initially, I had some acid reflux, which is fairly common, so I have it with my oatmeal in the morning. Eat a little oatmeal, then eat the 2 squares. Then have the rest of the bowl of oatmeal with washing it down with almond milk and it's worked really well.I highly recommend it
