I have no trouble taking this as it has no ill side effects, but unfortunately I have not noticed any reduction in my appetite. I'm eating just as much as usual and snacking in between. The dosage size is good and their is no taste to worry about but I have not gotten any benefit from taking them.

Ok - so as far as suppressing appetite goes it 100% works - I was not hungry at all. However, I also felt like I had taken some sort of herbal amphetamines and was shaking, nauseous, and felt like I should have been at a rave dancing rather than at work. So - it works - but I didn't like the way it made me feel, so won't be taking it again. Considering weight loss tablets are usually some sort of amphetamine, if you don't mind the shakes then go for it.
