The main ingredient in FBlock is white kidney bean extract, which is known for its ability to inhibit the enzyme alpha-amylase, responsible for breaking down carbohydrates into sugars. Since FBlock comes in capsule, there is no taste or aftertaste to worry about, which is exactly how I prefer my supplements.

Was going to buy straight chitosan but this one has few more ingredients for not much extra cost. Some ingredients I'm skeptical if truly helps with weight loss. But taking chitosan with fatty meals helps to bind some absorption. Also recommend psyllium husk can do similar thing. Don't expect amazing results but can help feel slightly less hungry as well.

you really need to stick to a healthy, balanced diet and physical activity otherwise it doesn't do anything. No taste, and size of capsules are average. I saw no benefit after finishing the jar.

Easy to swallow, soft capsules rather than hard pills. No smell or taste. Lookinh forward to seeing results. I think its helped my appetite but hard to tell if other things are contributing to that.
