Great Quality for the money
I have been buying Abu Garcias since the early 90's. I have used them for everything from catfish to saltwater fishing. These are remarkable reels. I have 2 that I use for nothing but bass fishing, but I have 5 (2 5600's and 3 6600's) that I use for fishing the rivers for catfish and fish the grass flats in Florida with. I have even taken them offshore and used them to catch mangrove snapper and Mahi-mahi, along with sea trout, red fish and mackerel. Combined with the 7' abu rod and 50lb test power pro line, these things are a deadly combination. I just rinse them out after each use and have them professionally cleaned about twice a year. Never have any problems with them. I've caught everything from a 34 lbs flathead catfish to a 48 lbs mahi-mahi and they have never give me any problems.

not what i thought it would be
bought about year ago release button works maybe 50% of the time other fifty you have to help it not pleased with performance in retrieving to much left to chance stays in rod holder on boat as last option matter fact used it today was not pleased will not purchase another one would trade for new one and give it one more try
