ABUS 20/70 Stainless Steel Diskus Keyed Different Padlock

This is the most pick-resistant lock you can buy for less than $50. It may even be the most pick-resistant lock you can buy for less than $100. The cut resistance is also excellent, but I don't know for a fact if it's the very best available (it might be!). I bought this lock because I have a family member who I know for a fact can pick locks and this has thwarted them quite successfully. Of course, The Lockpicking Lawyer (see YouTube) has designed a pick capable of opening this type of lock (disk detainer) but that requires buying a special tool and then learning an entirely different kind of picking technique to open it. So there's still only a handful of people on the planet who can get through this lock without having to resort to using an angle grinder or a shotgun.

The likelihood of this lock being picked on the street is almost zero in my opinion. Only about 11 people in the whole world can pick this lock in my opinion. It will not keep out the government, but it will keep out about almost everybody else in my opinion.

Your item pictured is not the item that is shipped. The pictured item clearly shows the shackle as being "HARDENED" quite different then just Stainless. If I didn't need the lock now I would return it.
