Great product
Came earlier than estimated so I was able to have it here for Christmas. Plugged it in and it works great. Made my boyfriend very happy!

Its a good buy if you dont mind noise
I love that my Xbox now has power but sadly. The power box is louder than a rotating fan on full blast.

Disappointed
This power adapter does not work with the Xbox One. The console would shut down after a minute or would not turn on at all. I replaced this power supply with an original and the console worked flawlessly. I'm very disappointed with this product, I expected better.

This power supply worked just fine. For about an hour! In the process of returning it now for replacement. Hopefully it will work better than the first ...

This item failed after approximately 4 hours of use....just went dead. \Am in the process of returning for replacement. Will see how that goes...

Burn up in one day
It smelled like it was burning from the start then next day it popped and that was it never worked again trying to get a refund or another

No way
I bought this for my son as a replacement and he used it for an hour and it melted. We have hardwood floors so it was not due to anything except a bad product! The company did refund my money without any hassle.

Did not work.
Right out of the box, dud. I've been trying to return for over a week, with no response from supplier. Thought buying through Wall- Mart would have guarded against this. Marketplace purchases might as well be using EBay.

Power cord
The power cord burned out the first week. The back of the power cord had melted and the smell of an electricalternative permeated through the house.
