I added onion powder, garlic powder and ground sage to the mix it give it a better flavor I make ground turkey sausage and the family loves it.

perfect sausage
This seasoning is absolutely delicious. Since we don't eat pork we used 2 teaspoon per 1 lb. of ground chuck, left to marinate over night in the fridge. It's taste is delicious. I made beef sausage and biscuits. I made sausage balls, and I made a pot of beef vegetable soup. If you want the taste of breakfast sausage this is the ideal product to buy!

Good flavor and can add to all kinds of recipes.
I love this stuff. I add it to my chicken and rice to give it more flavor. I used to buy Lawery's meatloaf and sausage seasoning but I can't ever find it now so i tried this and its just as good.

Flavorful/ needed to use less than recommended
Flavorful but salty (And I am a salt fan). Will use less of it next time, I used the recommended amount.

For me, I didn't like it.
It did not have the taste I was looking for in a breakfast sausage, that does not mean it will not be something you would like.
