Different Formula
The "New Color Guard" formula isn't anything like the old formula which smelled good and was good to my hair. If the company doesn't bring back the old formula, I will not buy it again.

Not sure if this is counterfeit
The consistency of this shampoo is not right. compared to the bottle I just finished which was purchased at a salon, this one is too liquidy.

Brazilian blowout shampoo
I'm a long time Brazilian blowout girl so I've been using the maintenance products for years. Shampoo is intentionally low sudsing which takes getting used to, but this bottle smells horrible. Used it twice to be sure it wasn't me brought the bottle to my hairdresser who suggested it was old and rancid Too expensive a product to disappoint
