Everything was perfect
Fit and finish are good. Just waiting for the snow to fall to try everything out.
Aaa+++
It seems to be a good plow. Two other men that I work with have the same plow and seem to like them. One lives in a subdivision with pavement, the other in a rural area with a long gravel driveway and both like their plows. That says alot to me. It has not snowed yet so I have not used it as of yet.
I have the snow sport HD mounted on a 2005 Ford explore. I added the electric winch and the down pressure kit. Let me just say the first snowstorm we had over 6 feet of snow. It was amazing! If you are a homeowner, someone who needs a Plow for their neighborhood, This is the plow for you. Just watch the YouTube videos of people using their snow sport, and you will see how well it works. The down pressure kit is a must have if you don't want to leave a quarter inch of snow behind on the ground. It's worth the money. Bottom line get one!!
I have the older style plow and snow sport does not make the original markers anymore. The replacement markers require drilling and tapping holes on the top of the plow to install them I just used the existing holes for the D handles whick worked ok. It just set the markers in about 4-5" from the ends.
I originaly bought my snowsport snowplow years ago. Before you had the ability to angle the blade. I bought the angling interceptor to change my old blade. I finally used my improved blade tonite and the choice to angle the blade worked great. You can get the work done faster.
This is a must have accessory to the SnowSport plow if you have any distance to plow. Started with the fixed interceptor and was running into problems moving a large amount of snow straight ahead. The Angling Interceptor is awesome and allows you to move the snow left or right and off load some of the weight and volume. Great addition to a very good overall product. Recommended highly!
Bought my plow yrs. ago, and the salesman at the time convinced me I didn't need the "Angling Interceptor". But, my lane is 1/4 mile long up/down a steep hill, with few opportunities to "dump" the snow. Haven't had snow since purchasing the "Angling" attachment, so will have to wait till next winter to see how it works. Shipping was quick, and this was the best price I found.
The receiver is great, real heavy and seems to be built well. Install at easy and adjusting the angle is also simple. The price for this price of steel however is outrageous, this site has the cheapest price so it's not real truck it must be the manufacture set price.
