Accessory Starter Kit, GAWA18SKRH

This is an awesome starter kit that really helped me get going on my garage makeover. I wanted to start small & eventually build my way up to a full garage storage set-up! The basket is very handy & all of the various hooks are perfect for storing my hard to store items that are oversized or awkward to store via other methods! I highly recommend any of gladiator garage works products! A+++ item!!

I bought a new house with Gladiator rails in the garage. Fortunately, the brand name was visible on the railing and I looked it up on internet. The Starter kit is a great way to get familiar with the offer. All hooks and the basket are very practical and I will get a couple more individual hooks. Excellent quality.

Bought and installed in garden shed on Gladiator tracks...well built and basket exceeds other similar basket designs for storage....

Easy to install and very strong. Great for basement storage.

I ordered this item on December 4th as a Christmas gift, and emailed over two weeks later to check on the shipping status. It turns out that there was a production issue, and I wouldn't be receiving it until the end of January. There was no notification to let me know that this wouldn't ship in time - they only let me know when I reached out. I understand that it isn't the fault of the customer service representatives, but there is a MAJOR issue with not letting customers know that an item is backordered and won't be delivered for 2 months. Was very excited to give this as a Christmas gift, and now I'll never be shopping with Gladiator again.
