This does not stand up like the picture shows misleading

I have lots of written and printed recipes, and wanted to organize them. Purchased this item, expecting that it would be a good choice, even though there were minimal choices. First thing that struck me as odd was the tabs for each section sat low in the folder and the tab was very small. Nothing like how the organizer is portrayed in the ad. This makes it very difficult to identify and see each tab. Along with that thought, all standard 8.5 X 11 sheets of paper tower over the tabs. Once I labeled and filled each section, this dividers would not hold up the papers. After completely filling the organizer, it became very awkward to pick up the organizer. There is no handle on top. Since I already labeled each section, I decided to keep the organizer, and seek out a better solution.
