I needed a replacement lancing device because my other one stuck and wasn't deploying the lancets anymore. I'm glad that they sold the lancet device as a standalone item, so I didn't have to buy the whole kit again. Good price and works as intended. I like being able to adjust the lancet depth.

The only thing that was a minor hang-up with this order is that when I went to check out the 1st time today, even though the app was charging me for all 5 rx's , it was saying that only 4 of them were showing for delivery. I canceled the order and went back in and reordered all 5 for delivery and went back into the cart to set up the payment and delivery. The 2nd time I did this all 5 did show up and I scheduled them all for delivery. Now i just the delivery to come off without a hitch.

They fit my husband's tester just right. Perfect fit. Very pleased with them.

For the price and being a kit, why can't this setup include a case to keep everything together as they used to include before. I have an old case from my original kit, but including a case would be nice to help organize the items for new testers.

Difficult to get to work correctly even followed directions.

This Lancet LOOKS good but even at the highest setting, the puncture barely is deep enough to draw blood! (I started at lowest setting 😕%26 worked my way🙁 up☹️😠😡) I wish it were refundable!!! I paid a bit extra (nearly $10 compared to $5ish ones that always worked in the past) thinking it'd be a smoother stick. The ease of use is another problematic issue, as when holding the pen to depress the 'hammer' I've had to rotate it to depress the 'trigger'; making it awkward to maneuver. That's irritating!😠 ☆ IF the manufacturer %26/or Seller reads this, I would appreciate a full refund, PLEASE!?!

im handicapped this is difficult for me to use strips are hard to get out of container i dont like the pen at all.it doesnt work very easy

even on the deepest setting I couldn't get any blood. this product also requires a non-standard lancet. i do not recommend
