Great TENS/NMES Unit
Be sure to read instructions. The electric pulses will be more intense after the first minute of use, so start low and increase with each use to what an be tolerated. I bought this for therapy to my knee. Too early to tell results. The pads that come with the device only last for perhaps 5-6 uses, and then their adhesive becomes too light to adhere well. Buy new pads, 2"x2", button type. These are not usually found in drug stores and need to be ordered online. I got 20 for $10.

Accurelief is the best.
This is the second one of these I bought. I bought the same one on back in 2021 and when it went bad last year I bought a different brand. It just didn't work as well so I am back to the accurelief. My therapist was the one that originally suggested the accurelief.

Helpful after knee surgery
I bought this because I had a total knee replacement. It really did help a lot with the inflammation and pain. This machine is really easy to use. Just remember to order extra pads. It only comes with four and even though you can you them numerous times they don't last forever.I recommend it.

Worth it!
I plan to purchase a second one, it is working excellent on pain, and other websites were selling it at double the price. Definitely a must purchase!

Just started using it, so far so good. It's easy to use. Just have to remember to use it everyday. The electrical impulses do feel good.

Controller
The item is very flawed. Firstly, the remote does not turn off. I have to pull the batteries out. Secondly, can not adust once set, so, again, have to take batteries out. Furthermore, I tried to correct this issue by calling, but I only get AI assistance, ugh! I have learned my lesson.
