It's working great so far. Got rid of the check engine light and the related multi cylinder misfire. However, I was sceptical if it really was a genuine GM part, because it had a label instead of being engraved like the original part.
Exact fit. Also, much cheaper than the dealership. Lastly, the pickup at walmart was excellent. The pickup rep had my item to me in less than a minute.
OEM part much cheaper than dealership
This is the original manufacturer part by ac delco. The price was excellent. 2 for the price of 1 from Walmart. You certainly can't go wrong.
After researching the P0332 problem I found it was best to purchase oem sensors. I don't want to replace these again. Someone on a forum mentioned wal mart had the best price and they were right. I ordered them and payed with paypal it couldn't be easier.
Great Part
After using other knock sensors twice with no results, I finally purchased the ACDelco sensor from Wal Mart and it worked. The price was very reasonable and original.
These knock sensors were $20 less then anywhere else I could find. The only negative I had is I paid extra for shipping and they were late. I contacted Wal Mart customer service in chat and the refunded shipping for me. Was still disappointed they were late but I was still happy with the service.
I am waiting for a partial refund, part of the order was missing.
It took me 2 hours to install knock sensors in my 2005 Chevy Suburban. In preparation, I read a lot of blogs and watched a lot of videos. ALL of them recommended buying AC Delco sensors (original OEM). Well, I did and well... they failed. And I can't initiate a return because the return window is so short. I recommend you buy local, even though you'll pay more, so you can make sure the supplier stands by their product.
