Decent
These replaced the failing hatch struts on my 04 Tahoe liftgate. These are NOT for the window. The originals are made by Stabilus (by Sachs), but you cannot find those anywhere. I'm surprised there's not more options for this very common vehicle. They were slightly longer than the originals, though that might just be due to age and sag. The hatch now flies up on its own without me lifting it. These are NOT high-quality parts. The gas cylinder is much thinner than the originals and they're made in China. They don't even have a brand printed on the sticker on the part. But, what can you do these days? Contrary to what some of you may believe, AC Delco does not actually make parts, they rebrand everything. So there's no telling who actually made these. Hopefully they last at least a few years.
