ACE Bakery® Country White Bistro Loaf Bread, 1 Count, 21 oz

I usually splurge on Dave's bread but I'd been wanting sourdough so I tried this bc it's whole grain plus sourdough. I really like it and in addition it costs less than Dave's bread. I appreciate very much that Walmart appears to try to keep better prices in this trying time we find ourselves in.

This is the best off the shelf sourdough bread I found anywhere! And it's really more authentic sourdough than a lot of the stuff you get in the so-called bakery section of the unnamed grocery store. Good job Walmart keep stocking this because it is awesome!

Love this sourdough. Chewy, zero sugar, good protein grams, just the right tang. Great for toasted cheese, or just toasted with peanut butter or simply butter.

I would have to say it's the best sour dough bread I've had to date. This bread over all is probably some of the best bread I have had. No Preservatives except for the lactic acid which is a natural preservative. Other than that I thought this bread was excellent. I do have one disappointment , they need to make to make some good Jewish rye bread. (:

Love this bread!! I love sourdough plus it's great for your gut too!! I'll eat this toast alone or half of one piece w dinner. It's crunchy (after toaster) and this bread makes the best grilled cheese ever!! I usually can only eat half tho. Each slice equals 2 of regular bread .. to me anyway

I truly have not found a good sourdough bread. This was pretty good. But so far from any that I have purchased, including this one They mold quickly. You do have to make sure you are eating it every day, and I have no problem with that. i loved it as toast. I used it with Cali gold. Irish butter and I am looking forward to trying it with Land of Lakes, Garlic and Herb butter which also has good reviews and a really good price at Walmart

it would be a lot better however, every time I get a delivery from this particular Walmart they want to give me a bread that only has two to three days left of the bread's freshness date.

This bread was substituted for the Walmart fresh bakery sourdough loaf... even at half the price of this bread, I prefer the Walmart sourdough. Walmart has a pleasantly tangy flavor and a nice soft light texture. This Ace bread is rather expensive, doesn't have a "real" sourdough taste and is much coarser and denser that ideal.

The bad of bread had been opened and several slices of bread were missing. I know tjis because we also received a full bag. The discrepancy was obvious!

Not impressed with this bread whatsoever it looked delicious advertised and we are trying to eat healthier so a reason why I chose this bread. It would be great if I was making stuffing, but a shopper when shopping for bread, buns, fruits and veggies and stuff like that should not be in such of a hurry and should pay more attention to expiration dates. This bread is only fresh until tomorrow not acceptable. I would like a refund. It’s reasons like this that I hate using delivery. I may start using Instacart and shopping from Price chopper
