I think it is wonderful that Walmart has this product available online, but it would be more convenient to have this in the store for direct purchase.

Good product, bad shopping experience.
• I liked that the item was accessible online, and delivered in a relatively short time without extra charge. • I did NOT like that this item was not available in-store so I had to order online which resulted in a bank car caharge. Walmart automatically charged my bank card for this item when it is a Healthy Benefits Card eligible item.

Missing items from order
Ordered three (3) Ace elastic bandages (black, 3-inches wide) and only received one (1) of them. Two Ace elastic bandages were missing from the order, even though they were paid for. There was no explanation for this.

Horrible clip design
Whomever changed the historic designed metal clips to the elastic-connected garbage metal clips should lose their job! What a complete disaster of a design. ACE you should be better. This should be 0 stars
