After knee replacemet surgery, I had a lot of swelling and was advised to put cold packs on the area which was swollen. I used the Instant Cold Compresses. They were great. No need for ice cubes, an ice cube bag, etc. Ready for you when you are ready for it. Thank you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
My son plays soccer which means there are several bumps and such that occur whether in a game or not. I have two of the packs in my car for cases where a ice pack may be needed. It also helps with my youngest who is a mini accident waiting to happen. Normally he will not allow a cold pack on him when he gets hurt. Something about this pack he will allow me to apply for a few minutes, which is better than nothing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Last week my daughter had to get 4 teeth pulled before she could get braces and the ice pack that the dentist had given her was already warm. We were in the pharmacy waiting on pain meds when I spotted these. I bought them and cracked one for her. Within seconds it was ice cold and her pain was under control while we waited on her medicine. This product made that day go from tears to calm. THANK YOU! These are excellent to have on hand when you play ball on a regular basis. It's common to tweak an ankle, so to be able to pull a cold compress out of your bag immediately helps to keep swelling to a minimum. While the compress may not work the same as actual ice, the immediate effect is well worth the convenience and you can always continue treatment later. Overall this is a great product to keep in your gym bag or first-aid kit.
It happens in an instant--you are playing tennis and kaboom--you turn your ankle and need cold therapy in a hurry. I carry a pack in my tennis bag and it is great!! You take the wrapper off and shake it and apply for instant cold relief. My ankle was definitely relieved from as much swelling as could have occurred from this sprain by using the Ace Instant Cold Compress.
I got these for before and after my surgery and so thankful worked wonders. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

during the weekdays and weekends if i am on the road and cannot use my ace ice bag the instant cold compress works great on my right knee to keep the swelling down while driving out of town [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Used this product when cold was needed for an acute injury. The speed that the cold was ready was truly helpful as the pain was great. A great product when there is an immediate need
When you sprain or break something sometimes the pain becomes unbearable. For me this is a cure all. On and off. Easy and disposable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
