works great!
I really like the laptop but it has a S mode that sucks and makes everything a little difficult. I was able to turn it off and use the laptop.
Touchpad intermittently did not work.
would like to return this laptop and request a refund. When I turn on the screen, I cannot move it at all. I also believed it was a touchscreen, but it is not, which makes it unusable for my needs. Since this product does not function as expected, I would like to return it and get my money back so I can purchase something else. Please provide me with the return instructions.
