I'm very pleased. This is my "easy chair" computer, so my needs are few, but within the natural limitations of Chrome OS, it's very quick. Display looks good. Feels substantial. Hinge seems robust, which was a worry. So far, I see no effect of running Android apps along with Chromebook apps. Entirely seamless. (Unlike phones, it won't migrate your existing apps, so you have to install them yourself. Obviously, many phone apps won't be available, because this isn't a phone and has no LTE capability.) Best of all, the Android apps I've tried make as good a use of the display as do the native apps. Longish Youtube videos stream with faults, even on the miserable radio link service that is all I can get in the country.
It is, of course, Chrome OS, and you have to put some thought into using it offline. But everyone's phone will Hotspot today, so Chrome OS is really no burden. And because I now use Google FI as my phone provider (check that out, by the way), this will be my traveling computer overseas.
It's 32 GB, so it's wise to get an SD card or some other accessory storage or make sure you make use of Google Drive. It did pick up all my Google account things, so really, all I had to do to get it running was enter my Google password, allow it access to my location, enter my WIFI password, and go.
I love the 360 folding. It makes its own very sturdy stand. I don't use the keyboard much, but it's sure nice to have it. I will add a wireless mouse, because I very much dislike touchpads.
In short, it perfectly fills the gap between my powerhouse desktop and my phone. I got this because I had a cheap Windows 2-in-1 that has begun running out of memory shortly after beginning to use it, and I noticed my wife's Chromebook almost never locks up. And it is an old one. I really think these things have matured.
I bought it in a Walmart store. Had to have some discussion, because it was on the web site rolled back, and the store had it at the higher price, but they just looked at their own site and accepted the lower price. For far cheaper than a new smart phone, it's a lot of machine.
