Great value and features. I especially love having 2 USB and an HDMI so I can use all my legacy attachments while knowing that the Thunderbolt 4 port is there for the future. The 4:3 screen is perfect for document creation and review. Note that this is not the 16:9 version that may be preferred for video, but that option is also available (though it is not as good for my work.)

We bought the one on Silver color, and it's so beautiful, so elegant. The size is right, the 2256x1504 screen is amazing clear, much better our 1K TV Monitor, which is used for watching some YouTube videos. The keyboard is back-lit. Microsoft 11 works well with Chrome browser. The track pad works well too. All in all, the laptop is very good. So far, we are very pleased. 🙏🙏🙏

Great laptop and a good value. The Acer Swift 3 laptop feels solid, it's light and fast with well thought-out features. I'm sure I'll be using the Acer Swift 3 around that house and during my travels as an everyday link to the world. Likely replacing the iPad that's normally by my side. The slightly taller 3:2 screen is a nice change for reading web sites and business documents. Finding this specific Acer model on-line was not easy. However, ordering from Walmart was easy. The delivery was fast with very good tracking and updates. The laptop arrived in new and great condition. Setup was impressively easy. I elected to stay with the Windows 10 and skip the update to 11, for now.

I had to get a laptop to replace my 8 year old heavy and large refurbished hp. I decided on this specifically because of the weight and size then the price sealed the deal. This laptop is very light and a good size, especially when I have to carry it on my commute to and from a university and all around campus. It's so light I thought I accidentally forgot it at home once but it was still in my bag

My wife likes it so far she has no trouble picking it up like the old laptop

The screen on this laptop is Apple-Quality. Excellent color accuracy. It is fast and very lightweight. Battery lasts and insane amount of time. Two downsides, which is why I knocked off a star: 1. The speakers are not the best; they have no bass to them, very high treble, so the audio almost sounds mono. 2. The RAM is soldered and there is no slot to upgrade. So, you are stuck with 8GB RAM. For the price, I guess you can't complain much.

Have owned numerous computers but this one is the worst ever. It crashes regularly like clockwork, and, straight out of the box, it has from watchdog to timeout codes and errors and has caused me to lose so much work in the process. Literally, it crashes about once an hour and runs very hot in between crashes. Absolutely junk.

This laptop is horrible. It corrupted all of my files put everything I had on the desktop and one of the USB ports doesn't work and a thousand other things. This is the worst laptop I have ever purchased. Don't buy an Acer please do yourself a favor!

CANNOT GET PAST SET-UP. COMPUTER SOMEHOW RECOGNIZED A VERY OLD UNUSED EMAIL ADDRESS I HAVENT USED IN YEARS AND THE BIG THING IS IT IS SOMEHOW ACKNOWLEGING MY DAUGHTERS EMAIL ADDRESS ALSO? ! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN!!?? I HAVENT GOT PAST THE SET UP.........

It has been les than a year and the computer just went blank and stopped working
