Easy to install, affordable and good quality blind.

We bought 6 blinds, so it came in a case. We read the reviews about the blinds coming damaged. We believe ours were fine because they were in the case. We measured the windows at 31 inches and bought 31 inches. Fit perfectly with a 1/4 play on each side. They were on sale, that's why we chose these blinds. We wouldn't pay full price, We don't pay full price for anything. That's just us.

Ordered 2 blinds one for the slats are messed up in it but for the price I paid I should be able to return it and get one that is not damaged

I purchased the 45”w x 25” long blinds for my kitchen window in front of my sink. They were easy to install, however i am concerned about how long they will stay up. I used the inside mount method and there is only one screw hole per bracket. With only 2 brackets included for a 48” span of pull down blinds, that means they are held up by only 2 screws. This does not seem sufficient-I have never seen brackets for blinds with only one hole. 2nd issue-the top slat is too far down. When the blinds are closed, there is 1/2” gap between the top rail/valence and the first slat. The gap is ugly enough on its own, but you can also see the bottom of the brackets. 3rd issue-the 25” long blinds come with a 31” rod (for closing the slats). I had to cut the rod since my 24” long window sits only a few inches anove my coutertop. Why would 25” long blinds come with a rod that would hang down several imches past the completely lowered blinds?

The box was open when it was delivered and luckily all the pieces were still in the package but the right side of the blind was broken on nearly every slat. Like a chip was taken out of each one. Not sure if this was due to the open box or just really poor quality. Easy to install though and arrived quickly.

Said it came with mounting hardware but no metal brackets were included - just some plastic bits in a ziplock baggie. Clearly this was a return and re-send that quality control missed. If customer service would send me another I’d update my rating but there is no way to contact Achim or Walmart. Very displeased in the waste of money.

These blinds arrived with the box covered in soot as if they had been in a fire. When I took them out of the box to install they were very brittle and fell apart. The blinds can not be used.

Item arrived damaged. The edge of the slats on one side were damaged. I imagine that's because the slats are paper thin - seriously. The color and appearance were great as I was sliding it out of the box. Very deceiving. I could never have imagined such a poorly made product, especially one that would be used regularly.

the worst thing I've ever bought from Walmart ! I should have returned it. I had to shorten my blind. In doing so the slats would easily break. i can put 9 slats together and rip them apart with my fingers as though I was tearing a piece of paper in half. Never again will I buy from this company (Achim)

Poor defective design. Top blades cracks upon use. Should of kept my 30 year old blinds.
