I ordered these on-line thinking I was making a mistake or I'd be returning them. Just the opposite. I loved them the second i opened the box. the colors can be looked at as a wood color but as far as faux wood i think its a matter of opinion. they are a dark tan color or woodish or faux wood. I think they look tan. After hanging these easy to install blinds I loved them more. i get so many compliments and I do highly recommend these blinds in particular to anyone who compliments them. easy installation and a big transformstion to my parlor. pssstt.. I bought the white for my bedroom after buying the wood color. shipping was on point and packed extremely well. I highly recommend this brand 5 stars all around

Pleasantly surprised, working quite well so far, and with no strings anywhere for the cats to tangle or damage

I like the product and I ordered more than one but one of my purchases didn't come with the installation pieces.

The items meet my expectations in appearance. However, it was too difficult t for my husband and me to install them. We had to ask for help from someone younger %26 stronger.

The price increased from a few months the ago for standard cheap blinds. Quality is comparative to pricing.

One blind didn't have the stick to turn the blind. Two pieces of the blind snapped off . They were hung 2wks ago. Now we have one blind that we can't move and one with two pieces snapped off the blind. And they were mailed separately, differents days. Delivery was very slow. So disappointed and upset.

I have had to return two of these blinds because when they are shipped to my house, they are broken. The second time it shipped after my first return, it took almost a month to receive my package and it was broken.

Received order on schedule however as with most Walmart orders, the shipping service is terrible. The packages arrived totally damaged and ripped open. Therefore, I have two blinds that I cannot use because they lost the hardware to the items now I can't get a hold of anyone for a refund.

These are the thinnest blinds i have ever seen. they tore like paper. Couldnt even get them hung without breaking them. I would give them 0 stars if an option. also ordered 3 and only received 1.
