Did the trick for alkalinity
Better to use than full strength and did help lower alkalinity and reduce cloudiness I was frustrated by.

Not sure how to use
Not sure if I am using this properly. We have some rust stains on floor of pool from metal discs that stayed in the closed pool for the winter. I thought this would remove it, but can't get through water without it being so diluted it fails to even dim the stain.
