Ion charged alkaline water
I value having higher pH water that's why I purchased these however I wasn't too thrilled with the taste of this particular product. The alkaline Smartwater brand tastes better.

12 Pack bottles
My little old hands are crippled with Arthritis so these are not easy to hold or travel with. The water is great but I need thinner bottles. Thank you though.

Short on delivery
12 bottles x 1 liter = 12 liters; 6 bottles x 3 liters = 18 liters; the water is great but substituting the 12 case pack for the 6 case pack, shorted me 6 liters of water or half a case of the 1 liter bottles. And my complaint has been ignored. Water great, simple math is not. I was charged for my original order.
