This unit was on sale for a great price, checked all the boxes, shipping was lightning fast, and customer support was fantastic. The unit itself was straightforward to install, and came pre-charged with refrigerant. (You'll need some specialty tools.) I purchased for my garage, and it's working champion. I was able to sync it with my smart home Alexa using the app. This is a great unit, and cools down my garage (About 1,000 square feet, 13 foot ceilings) in about 10-15 minutes. My only small complaint is that the remote is a little confusing to use and not very straightforward.

I think that your customer services is great. You are all very responsive and professional. Unfortunately I have been put on the backburner for my install, by my electrician/heating contractor while they addresses people whose furnace is not working at all.

We were reluctant to purchase such an expensive item online, but a combination of excellent reviews and great telephone support/advice from Jeff convinced us to purchase this mini split. Our friend, who works full-time in HVAC did most of the work but we helped. The unit was relatively easy to install and works great. After installation, Jeff sent us a link to register the mini split.

HVACDirect is great! First, the sales staff helped us to size our requirements, sent detailed email quotes with good discounts, and stuck by their prices even when prices inched up. Sales guy explained how delivery would happen and the R&L delivery company was flawless. Kudos to the pallet packers--you wrapped the pallet in 1-inch thick cardboard which protected the shipment from truck bumps and forklift scrapes. Best of all, everything was correctly on the pallet and installers were very happy! Our 2 Systems work, they are quiet... and you helped us register the Warranties. Thank you for a fine customer experience. We'll be back.

First unit I ever installed and it went pretty smooth. So far it works great and hopefully it will continue all winter long. My issue was with shipping. I paid extra for lift gate service to be dropped off at my home. The delivery company called the day before and said they can't get a truck and 53' trailer to my address. I ended up having to find a truck and have it delivered to my work. The next day the delivery showed up in a little box truck that would have easily made it to my house. Asked Driver about actually delivering it to my house and he said there would be an extra charge. Anyways I spent my evening unboxing everything so I could unload it from the truck myself.

Equipment is good, only issue was a leaking Schrader core from the factory.
