The unit came faster than stated, which was great. I called to ask about the unit, and the gentleman was very helpful about what we needed. There were no issues; it was packed well. It is installed and working fine. It was confusing to set up the app for wifi, but I checked and it does not need to be on wifi to work. I opted not to use the app because I am trying to reduce wifi use in the house, so we are just using the remote that comes with the unit

Had to purchase for an upstairs bedroom that is warm in the summertime heat. Unit came in good shape. Line set was clean and not bent. Had to redo one factory flare, but the rest on the install was smooth. Quiet unit, good price, fast shipping. Unit is precharged with enough 410a for a 16 ft line set. Customer is happy with a cold place to sleep now. Recommended for sure!!!

My order was delivered on time; I was surprised that the mini split came with the line set included. I was able to install it and have it running the same day, my customer was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend and buy this product again.

I'm very impressed with these units, I've probably installed 20 of these in the last couple years and haven't had any callbacks. I've done Mitsubishi and Daikin for 15 years now and I can't tell the difference between them. Extremely quiet, great even in cold climates.

Listen, I've had 2 Daikin Mini Splits since 2017 in my office. One of them went out and we had to replace it. I looked on this site and didn't reconize the name so i went searching for what I was used to. I purchased it for $1500 and paid to have it installed. The box arrived pretty beat, but I though the unit was intact. It wasn't and the condensor coil was cracked. I came back to this sit and ordered the ACIQ, had it installed and it's been the the best thing smoking. This unit was amazed me. Oh my goodness in my Daikin unit and this one is night and day. It is top of the line and looks way more expensive than what I paid for. It has a remote control, but also a wifi so that i can control it from my phone. I downloaded the app and it was seamless. The number shows up on the front of the unit and it's super stylish. I'm a bit funny when it comes to asthetics, but this one surpassed my expectations. Even the tech was stunned. It also has a digital fan. It sways from side to side and up and down to better direct the flow of air in the direction that is best suited for you. There are two different buttons for the control. You cant go wrong. I orderd the electrical box that also came with a cut off for the power. Listen, i can go on and on and on, but the bottom line is the unit is worth every dime. Dont sleep on it. You will be just as impressed as me and typing a review the same way i am. The packaging was on point. So neat in the box and styrofoamed for extra protection. Shipping was fast. I'm sold, If I'm ever in need of another one, I'll be right back on here shopping again.

I decided to go with a mini split because the prices had dropped quite a bit. A local contractor recommended this company and I've been very satisfied and happy that I did. Four days from the day I ordered it the unit arrived. It took about two and a half hours to install, worst part was running the electric.

This will be my 3rd ACIQ unit purchased from HVAC Direct. All have exceptional quality and have been very easy to install. 2 are central air heat pumps the 3rd is a mini split for my garage.Not a scratch on any of the equipment. I ordered this unit to install in a new workshop. The installation was easy with the help of a friend with a vac pump. The unit works quite well, is quiet. I put it on Auto and it maintains the temp at a constant 71 deg day or night with the temperature fluctuations of fall temps from the low 40"s at night to the 90"s some days. It has been in service for a few weeks now and I am very satisfied with the unit.

Install was easy. No leaks, line set was in great shape. Not as quiet as the more expensive brands but not loud either. 57 supply air. Not the best at removing moisture. The unit did arrive slightly damaged due to inadequate packaging. All that said, it gets the job done.
