We got all the pieces and it came well packaged! Takes about 6.5 hrs to put together 1 person. Love it, very sturdy!!

missing the bottom twin bed!
all my bed didnt come! was missing the 2nd twin bed! i payed for they wouldn't send me my missing parts..... totally bad support when i called, they wanted me too send back the part of loft that i already put together! they wanting me to take back apart the 5 different boxes of the bed and box back up! then send back! before they would do anything more!

Loft+twin does not mean what you think it means
The only reason I give it 1 star is because the item description was too confusing. Loft +twin seems like you would get the entire bed. But they only sent me the twin bed. I called Walmart customer service and they looked at the item description and said yeah you shoild have received the loft bed aswell as the twin. I returned the item so they could send the right thing. 2nd go same thing, I only recievedthe the twin bed, not the loft. Appearantly loft+twin means you are adding a twin...? you have to buy the loft separately.

We picked up our order today and it was only the twin bed. When we placed our order, we selected loft plus twin just as the previous review. I thought I had done something wrong until reading the 1/14/19 review.

Item not as described. Loft twin is only the twin bed. They conned me into getting it thinking it was everything but nope. Customer service said i should have gotten both so they shipped a replacement and still the same !? DO NOT BUY

You dont get what you pay for
DO NOT I repeat do not buy this ... we purchased it ..saying loft +.. went to pick it up and it's just the twin bed frame... you only get the twin bed !!
