ACME Furniture Alfonso Adjustable Futon Frame in Black

I bought a wood frame, and it broke. It was not easy to use. I had a metal frame years ago, so I bought this frame instead of replacing the wood frame. This is much more solid, the mattress sits up better, and it is easier to fold out. I was concerned it did not look as good as the wood frame, but it looks at least just as good. The fact that the mattress sits up better, adds to the esthetics. I like the solid metal leg in the middle.

Flawless to put together...EASY!!! Make sure you double check your progress and NOT have to unscrew what you spent an hour to do! hahahaaa. Had the back rest as the seat and...well??? Had to redo it!!! A bit difficult with one person, so.....careful! hahaaa

If you are going to buy a futon, this is the one to buy. It is very sturdy and don't have worry about any mangling wires. Its very strong. I definitely recommend this purchase.

Directions were minimalistic but adequate. Quality is decent for the price point. Sturdy enough for two big people.

My son sleeps on it and says its slightly uncomfortable but most futons are. Its holding up good its been a 1year since ive bought this for my son . ive had one bar fall off but it wasnt vital considering the futon still stands. Good product. And i would reccommend this product.

Was a easy assemble if you can understand basic instructions.. anyone under 20 would definitely have a issue because they probably wouldn't understand nuts and bolts and how they REALLY work

One pole had a huge dent in it. Plan doesn't matter to i can't file a claim to get it replaced. Keeps leading me in circles to different websites and even says my frame hasn't been sent to me yet. it got here 2 days ago. i'm just posting a review so i can get my replacement part. this is so irritating.

The metal support bars bent, the one in front completely fell off. The clips for the back would not stay on. Pretty disappointed. After two weeks its ready to go to the dump.

Got this for my teenager and didn't even last a year. After two months the bars snapped off one by one. Do not recommend if you're going to use this regularly.

As soon as I started putting it together I saw the paint coming off and rust underneath. Packing everything up was too much of a hassle so I put it together anyways. Seems study but for something brand new, there shouldn't be Rust.
