Great item very Happy

Not the easiest item I've put together but went pretty smooth. Not all pieces are labeled. That being said, if the directions call for 4 of a certain piece, you will find 3 with no label and one that does that you can match up. That does take some extra time. The bed comes in 4 different boxes with no reference numbers to guide you through which box holds what piece. Again, adds time. The finish can be a little splotchy at best sometimes so you may have to rotate or move a certain piece to a different location to hide the bad finish spot. Hardware was spot on and of good quality. The wooden drawer tracks operate smoothly and include drawer stops that work surprisingly well. Trundle can be used for storage or twin mattress.

Overall, the bed looks nice put together and fills the purpose. However the quality of materials was somewhat poor and not very durable. The wood for the drawers was already splitting and cracking before we assembled them (picture included). So during assembly they cracked and split even further. The instructions only show pictures that refer to numbers (stickers) on the various parts of the bed which led to some confusion at times during assembly. There are gaps between the drawers on the bed which was disappointing considering the money we paid for the bed. Overall, it does the job, but I'm not sure how long it will last. I was disappointed with the overall quality.

Had to reorder and still was missing parts just less this time. workmanship was crap had to re-drill holes and they painted over cracks. Wasn't worth the cost for the workmanship.

Hi i orderd this and everything was in great condition but the ladder was and is cracked is there any way of getting a replacement?

I boght this bed about two years ago, its still held up during a move. I recieved it without the screws for the bedso i had to wait even longer to get it built. I was able to build it by myself while 8 months pregnant. (I mustve been in a really bad nesting fase) some pieces did arrive broken. There are spaces where the drawers are. The drawers are weak so i wouldnt really fill them. The wood for the bottom bunk was cut too short so they do fall from time to time. I bought this bed thinking it would be functional for a young mother sharing an room with her two little ones but i think i regret spending so much on this bed

this came in broken. I bought for my grandkids and my son is in the service so he only had so long to make sure to get this set up. so he did not send back. I was very disappointed in this. after spending the amount that I did on this. I sent a message to the company about this with pictures and heard nothing back.

The full bed support beam has a strangely cradled shaped nut that slipped when drilling and popped a hole in the middle of the broad bull bed support beam. Clearly visible and looks terrible. Also, the staircase did not arrive with the order. When I called to discuss this with the manufacture, the endless option one loop never ever got me to a customer representative. Fortunately, Jets customer service is actually useful and I'm currently waiting to get a replacement staircase. Although in addition, the trundle bed arrived in its own box and they failed to add the support beams for the mattress. I would definitely, never ever Ever, go with this manufacture again.

I would not recommend no screws and bolts at all just a bed frame and no type of communication with the seller at all

Missing 90% of the screws and no instructions. Would not buy again.
