ACME Naima Wood 6-Drawers Bedroom Chest in White

We picked it up from the store and when we got it home the foot was broken off and the back had a giant hole in it. So we returned it and will not order again

Loved the way they looked online read the 2 reviews but figured maybe the delivery guy was rough with the delivery I ordered 2 of them and whenever I opened the boxes I was in shock. They were both broken it was the biggest disappointment. I'm not talking a little crack or scratch on one of them the whole side was broken off. I returned them back to my local Walmart and I am waiting for my refund to go back on the card. It's so sad that Walmart is selling broken furniture to people. I would have rather put it together instead of it coming built.

Not good, the drawers all close on a slope and not right. Bad thing is my daughter loves it and wants to keep it not caring that the drawers look horrible because they won't close right and they look horrible. I get it was not expensive to the sense of furniture costs but figured it would only be lacking in the material not being real wood, not that is doesn't even function as it should.

Unfortunately, the dresser was damaged in transit due to very poor packaging from the vendor, ACME furniture. We had to return it. We could tell from the damage that the dresser was not well made. That said, the customer service we received from Hayneedle was EXCELLENT! They arranged for a prompt pick-up of the merchandise, and generated a refund right away! I would order from Hayneedle again, and give them five stars for Customer Service, but I would not order anything made by ACME furniture.

The dresser looks beautiful online and like it's good quality... but it's not. Walmart has it for sale for about half of what it costs anywhere else, so I ordered it. The dresser came broken. I don't know if the problem was with how it was built or how it shipped but two of the drawers are off the track (one center track not two side ones like higher quality dressers) but the way it was built, there is no way to fix it. It is not very good quality but was built in such a way to make it even worse if that is possible. I am currently chatting with a rep to have it returned immediately. What a disappointment.

Please view these reviews before buying.. I thought I would be the exception but I was not it came broken and I had to return this.. heyneedle customer service has been good so far but it still a waste of time.. :(

Product arrived broken. I can pay to have it fixed locally to avoid the hassle of sending back and was very disappointed with the response I received from the company.

The backboard was broken and one of the drawers was crooked because there support was also broken. Wouldn't recommend.

i wouldn't even give it a 1 star, its a piece of junk, it fell a part, terrible quality. It should be taken offline!

I ordered it and the first one was broke and then a replacement was sent and it was broke too
