i couldn't get the laser to change settings i tried both programs it suggested and youtube for tips but it wouldn't change so i couldn't even do quality check maybe just the laser

Missing parts
Couldn't try it. Missing Laser module height knob.

Took alot of youtubing to figure out the program that comes with the engraver... Also when I finally figured it out the engraving was inconsistent dark in some spots and very pale in others... Then after 3 weeks, I probably used it a total of 5 times, it stops working...
