This is definitely become my favorite knife. Super sharp and well balanced. Easy to handle. The sheath was a nice touch. I will buy several more as gifts for my outdoor cooking friends.

I got this marked down on clearance in hopes it was worth having. I have made 5 batches of ice and am pleasantly surprised. It is good quality and works well. The only issue is extracting the mold from the tank. It is a very tight fit so takes some effort. I wasn't willing to pay the full price on a gamble that a clear ice mold would be useful enough to justify the cost but for this deeply discounted purchase, it was well worth the price. It certainly makes my cocktails more showy.

I had been looking at knives of this shape for some time, but I was hesitant about whether it would be comfortable to use. I decided to buy this knife and I'm very happy with my decision! This chef's knife, thanks to the finger hole, fits very comfortably in my hand, it's easy to clean, has the perfect weight, and a pleasant wooden handle. With the included sheath, it's very convenient to store or take with you without worrying about getting cut. The chef's knife is very sharp and handles everything equally well: slicing tomatoes into thin slices, cutting up chicken, slicing cheese, and chopping herbs. Now I only use this knife, and every time I use it, it brings me pleasure. I definitely recommend this knife; it's the best purchase I've made recently!

Its well made and definitely sharped. Cut through frozen bacon like I was slicing warm butter. It's pleasing to the eye. Looks exactly like the picture.

Solid knife. Very sharp out of the box and cuts meat cleanly without tearing. Feels well balanced in the hand and comfortable to use. The blade holds its edge well with regular cooking. Overall, a good everyday kitchen knife for the price.
