this cage is great for its price. it was a bit complicated to put together since it didnt come with instructions just pictures but after a little while i figured it out. i have 3 teddy bear hamsters living in it happily we found out one was a girl ans 2 were boys so we moved the tunnel from level 2 and 1 and moved it feom the 3rd to the 2nd. so she cant get to the others. they seem to love it though. the middle wheel is smaller than the other 2 though so my hamsters cant fit in it but they use the other 2 fine. Very sturdy good cage. i did have to buy her her own water bottle since it only comes with 1 and its on the 3rd floor. i would definitely buy this again though it is very spacious and durable

compared to most cages i got 3 time the room for the price of 1. it avarage quality and works well! the directions could have been more clear and i did personally have a slight chip in the plastic roofing wich is why i gave it 4 stars. otherwise my robo hamsters are in love

Instructions aren't really help just have to use common sense when putting together. One draw back is no door to clean or put things in the middle section will have to take whole top layer off to gain access to it.

First of all the instructions were printed in the smallest font possible with light coloring, making it almost impossible to read. There are no step-by-step instructions just tiny words and pictures from one angle. This thing was almost impossible to put together without damaging it. It took 3 days (at most) for the gerbils to chew through the plastic rings that hold the tubes together. Without tubes they cannot get to the levels above and can get out of the side (if you're not paying attention). The amount of money I paid for something that is barely usable is ridiculous! It was all that I had to use so I had to put together the bottom tray, one section of wire, and then place the top on so I could keep the gerbils safely contained. They have no room to move around and now I have to buy something else! I do NOT recommend purchasing this item!

TERRIBLE CAGE!! DO NOT BUY! it is labeled for rats so I assumed that It would be big enough for a BABY RAT the wheels were absolute terrible I could barely fit my fingers in. The water bottle is small. The tubes are so difficult to put together. I ended up having to take off the second Level because my rat got stuck in the tubes the levels are so small my rat couldn't even stand up. Such a terrible cage. This cage would be straight abuse. Especially for a rat larger than mine and the fact they are saying it can be for rats.. DISGUSTING
