Act II Xtreme Butter Microwave Popcorn, 2.75 oz., 12-Count Bags

My son absolutely loves this popcorn. He says it tastes just like movie theater popcorn, and I have to agree — it has that classic buttery, salty flavor without tasting stale. It’s been great for movie nights and easy snacks, and the bag doesn’t last long in our house. Simple, familiar, and really enjoyable.

My daughter is a popcorn fanatic! She pops it almost daily; I get a small bowl and she gets the rest. This particular brand and version (and we've tried them all), has the most butter and yet not greasy. Bag pops completely without burning. I buy online as it is not available in stores near me.

Why didn't I get a chance to talk with the shopper while they were picking up my items in the store? I never got that chance that I saw on the screen until after my items were delivered other stores offer that right before they start shopping for your items like Costco. They have a very user-friendly shopping website. I need to talk to the shopper before he checks out so that shelf life dates are the maximum they can be and any other thing I may have to talk to him about.

This popcorn is packed with buttery flavor and makes the perfect movie-night snack! The bags are easy to pop, and the popcorn comes out fluffy and delicious. I love having the 12-count box on hand because it lasts a while and is great for family movie nights or quick snacks

It’s pretty mild for something labeled ‘extreme.’ Also, make sure to check the sell‑by dates — I didn’t even know popcorn could taste stale until I opened this box. For the price it’s okay, but the flavor and freshness were disappointing.”

This is NOT Xtreme Butter ---at all. This is regular and even more bland than normal. Don't bother unless you have spray butter to use because this is not the taste you were hoping for. Very disappointed on every level. sigh.

Someone forgot to add the butter! This popcorn has very little — if any — butter flavor, much less extreme. The packages also aren't labeled Extreme Butter. It's as if they put the wrong popcorn packages in the box. When I bought this last month at Walmart, it was delicious. I was looking forward to more of the same flavor. Now I'm stuck with 11 bags of untasty junk. Unfortunately, shipped items have to be returned to the store for a refund. This has always been my favorite flavor. Now I have serious doubts!

popcorn is one of my favorite snacks. i usually stick with kettle cirn but i decided i would try a little different flavor for a change. every bag fully stopped popping at almost exactly half of bag. and that was it! furthermore; you would think that getting half the kernals; atleast the "BUTTER EXPLOSION" WOULD BE ON-POINT, BUT SADLY, NOT AT ALL! most unsatisfied i have ever been with a popcorn purchase.

The box says extreme movie butter, but you would be lucky if half the bag when popped is even buttery. I bought two boxes and the percentage of butter on the popcorn was at best 60% and at worst 35%. Don’t buy this popcorn get Orville’s movie butter instead it’s better money spent plus you get 89-99% of butter popcorn when you pop a bag. Worst purchase I’ve made at Walmart in years.
