I break the capsule open to brush my teeth with it and sometimes I let it sit on my teeth for 10-15 minutes by itself after I brush my teeth or with some of my toothpaste

The product is of a simple origin without major processing, that I like, simple coal quenched with steam. The effects will be seen in the medium term. Cleaning inside can take some time. Nice presentation.

I don’t use these for wind but I use them for excess stomach acid (indigestion) and the bowel problems that follow. Think of it as a vacuum cleaner for your body. Cleans out all the toxins.
