My daughter is a health food person, won't to say fanatic, but that would not be congenial. She told me yogurt is a good health item, so I bought the plain type of yogurt, ugh, that was not for me. Then shopping on-line, which I do for all my groceries and have them delivered, I looked up yogurt and found Activia black cherry low fat probiotic yogurt, which is to help gut health. I bought a pack of six, well that did not last long, yummy. So now I order 2 or 3 six packs at a time. If you read this please purchase some, you wont be disappointed.

The 4 pack is a very convenient size. It’s great to eat as a stand alone snack, or on top of your breakfast cereal. I often use it as a dressing for fruit salad. It adds dairy, protein and probiotics to your diet to promote good health!

This is the only yogurt that i buy. i love it. it does make a good snack. its so creamy. i LOVE it. my vet said it was ok to give it to my cat for his delicate stomach. he loves it, too. now don't judge me but i feed him his yogurt on a spoon, lol. it's good for him. and good for me.

I am not a big fan of yogurt! I have tried them all! I am a diabetic so I have to watch what I take in or it could raise my sugar levels. Activia black cherry yogurt is healthy for you and doesn't raise my sugar!

All these yogurts are good, especially if they’re low in sugar cause a lot of yogurt has sugar almost all of them actually except for triple zero equals but the probiotics once in a while I get them keep you regular. It helps it does and then those drinkable ones. They’re a little dangerous, but I like those also but these here and the little cups not bad very good but triple Oko is the best. The only thing that stuff that you use to be regular and be normal and stuff. It’s very expensive it’s terrible how much stuff cost now but thank you again. I hope you like my reviews. I’ll keep trying to write reviews. I usually don’t have time and actually this is the first time and I think I did like 10 of them. I gotta get to bed. It’s three in the morning. Been doing this for over an hour. Thank you again for the fantastic yogurts.

This brand is one of the only brands of yogurt where I can find black cherry. I was using plain yogurt and adding fruit and nuts but got tired of the process and gathering items. I use this for a quick snack or for breakfast after my oatmeal. Activia has less sugar than some but sugar is there.

This is delicious and so good for you! I eat one of these cups daily to regulate my stomach issues. It definitely works for me and I get to enjoy it because it's so tasty!

Hubby loves this flavor most of all. He was advised by our pharmacist to have this brand of yogurt to restore the bacterial balance in his digestive system (after taking some antibiotics). It helped calm his stomach. And made him feel better.

ACTIVIA is absolutely delicious. I would love to see the prices come down - as it is now a treat - and once in a while, when I have a few coins to buy that rather than the store brand. Love the taste.

I used to love these %26 purchase them weekly; however, the texture has changed. It’s very thin, less creamy %26 has less of the flavor that I loved. I’ve been looking for a comparable brand %26 flavor.
