A healthier choice
With so many yogurts containing massive amounts of added sugar, I was surprised to see that this had none. Keep in mind that it still uses stevia as a substitute, but an all around good product. You'll be getting 30 percent of your calcium and 20 percent of your daily protein with this one. Pay attention to what's on the shelves and take the time to read labels. If you're okay with stevia, I'd consider this.

Too salty
This was too salty. I don't know why you would need to add salt to yogurt, but they added too much. There is 6% of your daily allowance in this, most yogurts have 4% or less. For someone who needs to watch their sodium intake, like me, avoid this like the plague.

Tastes like medicine
Not a great tasting yogurt. Doesn't taste like traditional yogurt. It has the texture and consistency of yogurt, but taste is way off. Very expensive for what you get.
