if you are looking for a great shooting game you need to get cod world at war. the graphics on this game are excellent. it teaches you some cool stuff about world war 2.i think the levels are pretty hard though so i'm only on the second level.i think if you have a wii you should at least have this game for shore.
very well made very addicting and very fun
I recommend this game to older or more skilled kids. The game is very addicting. The best part is going Wi-Fi and playing team deathmatch. I am a thirteen year old boy and this was a very good birthday present.
I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband (he's 27). It only took him about two weeks to beat the whole game, and he can't wait to play it again. He says the graphics are excellent, the real news footage is an added bonus, and he likes that you get to play for two different countries. I would get the Wii Zapper though - it really seemed to make the game easier for him.
This is an awesome video game. The graphics are the best on the Wii yet that I have seen. The zapper gun makes the game even more fun. But sometimes if your arms are tired, and you drop the zapper it will move your camera and confuse you though. I love this game. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!
I picked up this game the day it came out and loved it. I cannot be a fair judge of the campain because I only played long enough to get a feel for the controls before I jumped online. After playing the first day I told my co-workers about it and many of them purchased a Wii and this game. We all now play online continously and still love it. You begin as a private and work your way up through the ranks as you recieve points for each 10 minute online game you play. New weapons and Perks (abilities) are opened up as you increase your rank making gameplay exciting as you open and try out new weapons, well at least until you reach 4 star general. I would highly recommend this for any Wii owner who has been dissapointed with online gameplay in past games. $49.99 is a great price considering PS3 and XBOX are roughly $10.00 more. The Wii controls are amazing and the graphics are the best Wii has to offer.
This is probably the best war game that i have ever played. It has good graphics and an awesome online experience. There is only one down fall, the coop made isn't very good on this wii version, but it is still fun. If you are looking for a great war game here it is.
Bought for hubby for christmas he absolutely loves it....graphics are excellent....
online play is not as bad as the other review says. plus the online play is free, you just need a broadband connection. of course graphics are better on xbox and playstation because that was what they were designed for. however, the wii does a fine job playing this game. the controls take some getting use to. I personally would not buy the "wii gun" as it makes the controls more difficult. simply playing with the wii-mote and nunchuck is the best way to go. I would recommend this game, although not for younger players due to the violent nature. while not extremely bloody when compared to other games, war games where you shoot other people are too violent for kids.
My son played this game on an X-Box and I watched. The graphics, storyline and action were good. It had a two player co-op mode in split screen. We have a Wii, however and after I bought this game for him for Christmas, we realized that the Wii version was not the same in co-op mode. There is no split screen, the second person sort of goes along with the main character and can only look around and shoot in the same frame as the main controler. Other than that we like the game.
