Spent hours trying to figure out the dog going and watch out. Had a little instruction book which then said to go to the website, which then had nuts and nothing but ads. Supposed to have a cable attached, but we never could find it also a tool never could find that either other than that it's a complete piece of junk.

Walmart quality is different from supplier site
I purchased from withings directly and the product is fantastic. I ordered through Walmart and the product is different quality. The activation pin is machined to short and can never initially activate the watch. I have the identical watch to compare. Walmart is selling lower quality knock offs. The product should be identical every time. Swiss timing use to be a concept. With parts machined different the product is not uniform and therefore inferior to original design. Do not buy or check with manufacturer that this product is authentic

arrived broken
arrived with. broken screen. it's obviously been opened as the band wasn't connected on the holder as most watches are.
