The packaging was labeled and organized well. The boxes and supplies were well wrapped, as there were no damages to any item. Some of the attachments can be built by a single person (its easier with 2), but the base kit, and slide are a two person job. I have watched the videos and read the instructions, both were easy to follow. There were moments where the instructions were not as clear for the base kit or slide, but we were able to figure it out. When putting the slide together, some of the holes did not line up, so we took a drill to widen them a little. Everything ended up attaching nicely and is still sturdy. I tested it out and was able to climb through the playset and test all the attachments without an issue. The playset is high quality with many different options. One reason we chose this playset is because we thought it would withstand harsh weather and wouldn't need to be maintained as often as a wooden playset. It also provided a lot more play options such as the swinging bridge, swings, monkey bars etc. for a lower price (compared to wooded playsets) without compromising the quality. After building the play set (took about 16 hours from start to finish, with 2 people), I would say that this playset was well worth the money and time it took building it. My 4 yr old son loves it and so do I.

The tolerances on this product were great, which made assembly seamless. I was missing some hardware for the slide, but I reached out to customer service and they are resolving the issue. I'm very impressed with the quality of the item. I bought it for my soon-to-be 2 year old that's practically a mountain goat, and it's a little big, but he'll still get some use out of it, especially with the addition of a safety net.

I've only had it a few weeks, but it looks and feels high quality. The coating on the metal pieces seems well done. Being metal, I expect it will last many years. My kids 3 and 5 love it. We've had lots of friends over and it has handled having 10 kids (3-10 yo) on it at a time no problem. My kids keep going outside to play and their friends have been asking to come back over to play more. Assembly took me and my brother 4 hours for the main jungle gym then I put up the accessory sections mostly alone in 1-2 hours each. I felt the instructions are straightforward and intuitive.

Overrall a really great purchase I really like that this is a very modular design. I could easily relocate the slide to a more convenient location. The swing height is great but the only cons is that the chain is a bit long which is great for smaller kids you'll need a scew quick link to adjust the length. I just gave a full turn on the swing bar to shorten it which is not ideal but works. Overrall a great purchase and would do it again no question about it.

Assembly wasn't too bad. The instructions were clear %26 easy to read but it takes awhile to put together. It was much larger than I thought it was going to be which is wonderful so my bigger kids (ages 8 %26 9) can play on it as well as my younger kids %26 grandchildren. Very sturdy %26 durable. The swing set part of it came with anchors %26 I purchased some anchors separately for the jungle gym part %26 the swinging bridge, which I'm glad I did because it's help stabilize it with my yard not being completely level. I love that I can purchase additional play parts separately to add to it %26 I plan to do so! My kids absolutely love it! It can be arranged in several different ways, which is great if you don't have a long enough spot in your yard for it to be stretched out straight. The plastic platform pieces for the jungle gym can moved around because they just pop onto the bars %26 aren't screwed down but they are still very sturdy %26 fit on the bars tightly. This did ship in 5 different boxes %26 the boxes do have words %26 pictures on them of whats inside. It came with a few extra parts %26 the bags were even labeled extras. All the poles are numbered making it so much easier to know which is which from the instructions %26 to follow along. The only thing I didn't like is on the jungle gym part above the top of the slide, there's a bar that goes across which is used to stabilize it at the slide but I feel like that bar should have been made as an arch because with it being a straight bar the kids hit their heads when sitting down to go down the slide %26 once sitting on the top of the slide they have to bend or duck under the bar %26 can't sit straight up without hitting their head on the bar. The sides of the swingset part that attaches to the jungle gym are arched %26 they can be purchased separately, I believe I'm going to purchase one to replace the bar above the slide, I feel like it would work great %26 still add the durability for which the bar is there for. This is definitely worth the money %26 provides a great play area for kids!

I am so pleased with the quality of this play set. It's large and has plenty of room for bigger kids to play and climb. The platforms are a nice touch and add places for the kids to sit if they'd like. The slide is also very tall and a big hit!

Love the jungle gym. Does take awhile to build the base(jungle gym). Helpful if you have about 3 people. The attachments are easy to put together. I would suggest a battery powered drill. Bought the whole gym set took about 8 hours to put together.

We absolutely love this playset! All of our kid's friends are so excited to come play on this unique playset. It took a lot of time to put together, but that is to be expected. You definitely need help! It looks high quality, the colors haven't faded even in high heat. It is sturdy and each piece exceeds our expectations. The slide is very fast and unique compared to other playsets. It's heavy duty and fun! My kids are 3 and 6 but we have had 11 and 12 year old friends have a great time on it, too! This will grow with your kids over many years and we highly recommend it!

Kids love it. Took me and my sister and kids about 8 hours to put together. Not hard at all , just find a way to organize all your hardware before you get started. Super sturdy, well worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

This purchase happened after months of research. My boys love monkey bars but after searching through multiple brands, i couldn't really find one i liked. The other issue was assembly cost. One company wanted to charge 700$ for assembly (also a metal frame). This product wasn't initially at the top of my list, but after finding out on Walmarts site at a better cost i thought i would try it. i watched the videos, read the instructions, and although it was quite time consuming, once you figure out the basic set up, it isn't too bad. i was able to assemble the "base" with my two boys age 10 and 5. (got them little battery powered drills so they could help with all the bolts - they lived it). The accessories required adult help. i still have the swing set to assemble, but i am amazed at the product so far. Packing was amazing (even though fedex left all 7 didn't boxes in the rain), the quality seems really good, haven't been missing any parts, and all the parts/holes for bolts, actually line up where they are suppose to. i foresee hours and hours off fun in this set.
