I love this alarm clock! You simply set the switch to your time zone, plug it in and it sets itself to the correct time. The alarm times are exceptionally easy to set. And I love the on/off switch for setting the alarms. And I can charge my phone. Only other thing I would wish for is two USB slots instead of one. It is the best alarm clock I could find on the internet!
It was easy to set up and get going. I have 3 Atomic clocks in the home and this one might be a slight bit off in time. In just a few weeks we will find out when day savings kicks in. That will be the test. Minor adjustment is all it needs. It might be my fault on that issue.
This item was a gift for my husband. Locating good atomic alarm clocks is difficult, however finding it at Walmart.com was easy! The clock is easy to set up and running, the numbers are easy to read and having two alarms one for the work week and one for the weekend is ideal. He loved it!!
Works as advertised. However it's a good thing my new neighbor whom I don't even know yet because they just moved in is honest because FedEx delivered it to their address which is across the street which is an entirely different street and number. All is well that ends well.
Easy to set with easy to find batteries for backup. Display easily readable even without mu trifocals on. Alarms have a volume control, and you can turn on RCC so that it automatically time syncs. There's also an option to have it automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time.
Have purchased this clock for self, then for son. Love it. The alarms are easy to turn off and on (on each side - like a light switch.) No fumbling for small buttons in dark. Like that it has 2 alarms. Easy to set. Especially like that it sets itself from the atomic clock, so never has to be adjusted. It even adjusts for daylight savings time automatically. Great price.
This is the fourth AcuRite clock I buy; I've purchased three of these alarm clocks - the screen on every single one of them blacks out for 10 minutes every night at 2am and 3am. The previous two had outdoor temp but this new one has only indoor. How is this progressive product engineering??!! The fourth clock is a digital wall clock; it was great early on but after 3 months, one of the numerical positions is faded and difficult to see. I am not impressed. AcuRong should get out of the clock business!

The clock works well. However, the alarm sound is too soft to hear! The volume can be adjusted on the back, and I've set it at the highest setting. I just can't hear it. I have hearing aids at both ears but don't use them at night. My head is no more than 8 inches from the clock, so the alarm volume is just too soft. If you're young and still have good hearing, then maybe you'd like this clock. If not, forget about it.
This is an Atomic clock that is suppose to pick up signal to set the time automatically. Plugged in and put in batteries, waited overnight to ensure it could find the satellite, but next day nothing so I had to manually set time, date, etc. Set the alarm and woke up 1 hour late because clock had reset itself to a different time. yes, I made sure the DST button was set located in the battery compartment and tiny print (black on black).
