AcuRite Digital Humidity and Temperature Monitor with Backlight (01139M)

I use this in the bathroom to monitor moisture levels and prevent mold and mildew from forming on the shower curtain. The device is compact yet easy to read, with pleasing aesthetics. It responds quickly to changes in humidity. It came with instructions that seemed potentially useful, but I never read them and didn't need to.

I'm so pleased that i bought this AcuRite digital humidity and temperature monitor (01139m.) It sensors the heat perfectly and I was shocked to see such a low humidity level we had. I knew we were getting static shocks but it shows I better get a humidifier! This monitor is made very well and the magnet is so strong that there's absolutely no chance of it falling down or off wherever you put it! The unit is small as not to be conspicuous but the numbers are very large! This is simply a great product at a very affordable price.

Nice size - not too small that its hard to see from across the room and not so large that it becomes obtrusive with the rooms decor. Display is crisp and clean. The numbers are easily displayed and readable. It has a built in magnet to attach to the fridge or other similar surface as well as a notch to hang on a wall hanger. I bought this for the higher accuracy Humidity readout but was impressed in the high accuracy Temperature measuring capability as well. To tell the truth I bought this for the 2nd granddaughter for use in her new apartment - but I'm keeping this one and she'll be getting the next one in a week or so. Highly recommended!

I bought 3 of these and I really like them they help me out knowing what the humidity level is and the temperature inside the house is. I would recommend anyone to check them out you won't be sorry .

Works great! The size is just right for my nightstand and the backlight is really helpful. It doesn't take up much room but yet the display is large enough that I don't need my glasses, either.

I really like it better than any monitor I've had yet.I especially like the backlight. I couldn't be happier with it.It's clear and easy to read,even in the dark with the push of a button.
