AcuRite Iris Weather Station with Rain Gauge and Wind Speed/Direction, Indoor Outdoor Thermometer Wireless Outdoor Sensor for Temperature and Humidity, and HD Display with Built-In Barometer (01535)

This is our second one. Our old one shot craps after 20 years and I consider that a good record. Because of how well it operated we ordered another identical one-same company and same unit. We are totally satistified. Wind speeds, where we live, can reach fifty miles an hour and wind chills are minus forty degrees so we really use all the information, and it is accurate.

The product is just as pictured and described. It all works very well, was easy to set up and all works perfectly. At the time of purchase I did not have any interest in a wifi ready unit. I just installed it Thursday March 7 and I already wish I could access the data on my phone.is there an economical upgrade or feasible way to make that happen? I give the product a 5 star rating. We have had an AcuRite weather station for 20 years at least, and it never disappoints. I upgraded my dads old weather station to this one, and it's perfect. He is 74, so simple technology is best for him. The face is so easy to navigate, it has all the information he wants. The set up was a breeze, we connected to a new sensor, but I think the old sensor would have worked too.

This was a birthday gift for my outdoorsie husband. He had much enjoyment setting up all the features and calibrating it via the superb instructions. Now he checks the many features all thru the day - every day - to determine if the wind speed and direction, rain, temp, humidity, etc. point to good boating or fishing! He's so appreciative of this AcuRite Pro 5-in1 High-Definition Weather Station, that he already purchased another one for a friend!

I love this! I had a weather station before that costed more and didn't offer that many features. This thing breaks down the weather by the hour as far as high's and low's, and it cost about $30- $40 less than the "cheaper" that lasted only a year. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I received this as a gift from my wife for Christmas. This is the best Weather Station I have ever owned. The Control Panel is "Awesome". It was easy to setup and install. The features are great and it is accurate. You need to try one of these. We purchased one for our Son-In-Law for Christmas and he loves it.

I've had this unit up and running for a couple weeks. It is a good value, you cant monitor it on your computer or phone, but honestly it's not a big deal. Works great and easy to use and read. Fast shipping from Sams also. I would recommend this unit, unless you need cutting edge technology like displaying on computer. I would buy this unit again in a heart beat.

I have had these for years now.. started out with a small one then got a different one and now got this one and it connects to the same one i had but its in high def ... it can change and give you 3 screens. like today's record temp, current temp and weather and inside humidity... its a great buy and well worth it.. even tell you the outside battery level. you put recharging batteries in it and the solar panel charges it up on a good day. its the same batteries i put up in it last year and they are still fine...

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present. He really likes all the extra features of humidity, wind and rain in addition to the temperature. He said it was not hard to set up. The one thing that would make it 5 stars would be if the inside temperature was on the main screen where the outside temp and other info is located, instead it is on a different screen that you have to go to. Nice for the price though for sure.

Well we started out loving it then found out you lose all the data with a power loss. So we bought the back up battery stand. We are on our 3 base and none of them work. They say the exterior portion will talk to the display 300 ft away. We are only 80 feet away with a straightline and it still isnt working. We just got a new base today and it is charging so I will let you know if it works or not. Other than that we love it.
