This allows me to monitor the temperature and humidity in my crawl spaces.
Great product! Works as described👍
Installed in a 0F freezer. Works thru the freezer panel and 6" concrete wall. Did the trick. Not something we use often, but helped us out in this application. saved us from coring thru concrete, etc.
Augments my main weather station with additional temperature location. Extremely easy to use. Just hang up the sensor and look at the readout whenever I want. It was lots cheaper than adding sensors to my main station.
My last Acturite finally quit after 15 yrs in spite of my abuse. Great product! Highly recommend Acturite!
Everything is great about purchase
All as expected, easy setup, good product. Very glad it runs on standard-size rechargeables.
Am using it for outside temp on a car and it works great!
It works fine. I just wish it was larger. The numbers are a little hard to read, due to them being small...
I had a previous AcuRite display and the model 00592TXR thermometer. While the "display" didn't show the temperature or humidity from the thermometer, the "My AcuRite APP" did. I upgraded to the Iris display and bought a new outdoor thermometer, Model 006092A2TX, thinking it would "work with the APP": wrong. So, I bought this, only to have "something". I use this thermometer in an "unheated space" where a hot water heater is. In the winter, I have a large concern on how cold it gets: has frozen before. The previous version would "send an alert" (although email, not text) to let me know if the temp got down to freezing. I have two thermometers (the original I bought with my first AcuRite unit) and the replacement) that currently are "worthless", since the APP nor the Iris display works with either. My suggestion: FIX THE APP to work with ALL your thermometers! I am not looking for a "refund" on anything, BUT, would like to see the company more "pro-active" on what the display and APP can do with the thermometers. Sincerely, Russell L. Davidson
