AcuRite Wireless Weather Station with Indoor/Outdoor Temperature, Hyperlocal Forecast, Moon Phase, Time, Date, and Built-In Barometer (00621A3)

Great product and easy to set up. The screen shows plenty of data including forecast based on barometric pressure trends. Surprisingly accurate.

This weather station appears to give accurate temperatures. I hung the outdoor unite in a shade tree that should also be mostly in the shade when the leaves are off. The display is large enough to read from across the room. I also like that it also displays the moon phases, pressure and date/time. I would like it if it also had humidity.

Love this for the information easily displayed and easy to read.

To my amazement, the item PROGRAMMED ITSELF in the Whittier area. My previous Weather Station took an Hour to program. I even sent one to a friend, I was so Impressed with ours. It sits on the Family Room Coffee Table, informing us of the Date, Time, plus Outside and Inside Temperatures. Love it!!!

No need to describe it again. The description in the web site is accurate. I wanted a barometer and discovered that barometers (a necessary tool in weather management) have all but disappeared from the normal world. Finally found them in Walmart of all places - took a gamble. The only bad thing I have to say about this unit is the display is somewhat dark and hard to read away from bright light. There's no light/dark adjustment. I was able to calibrate against some lab grade instruments and it's reading well within 1% accuracy on all readings. Most non-mercury based mechanical instruments have a hard time doing as well without costing a fortune.

Good product. On my third one because the outside temperature unit quit reading temperatures both times. Hopefully third time is a charm. The new unit is smaller with Nara other and moon phase - all of which I don't like as much as my two prior units.

The temperature between the two units, inside and out, had a 4 degree F separation, I did not know which was correct. I gave them a few days together in different claimants to figure it out, however could not accept the continued amount of tolerance. I returned it for the more expensive AcuRite Digital Weather Station, also carried at Walmart, Model: 02038W. With a short test, I am much happier. The daily high/low temperature and humidity is fantastic. Even though the outdoor sensor responds significantly faster, in both models as a result of less material perhaps, I am happy to have spent the additional money. NOTE: If you need these to detect a quick change in temperature, say to monitor a coolers performance before shutoff, the outdoor unit because of its size, responds more quickly.

After 2 weeks no pressure readings, weather forecast, just a clock and temps. Going into 3 weeks I called AcuRite and they say "give it 30 days more." I think this is a POOR product to say the least and I would not recommend anything by AcuRite.

It is a shame that the accuracy of this product was +/- 4 degrees. I would expect more from a digital product. I have read that several others have had the same experience. Reports from the company agree that these complaints are within tolerance. Acurite means kind of right!. Returned product.
