Great Customer Service
Came as described and securely packaged. I had an issue with the ipad holder piece and emailed the company. Within 5 days I had the replacement part and they did not question anything, nor did they require that I return the defective piece. Great service! Great response time! This tripod is lightweight yet stable!

Quick delivery. Went together well, BUT there is no remote as described in the description. Was told it wasn't listed in the title so it wasn't part of it. I do read descriptions before ordering anything. That disappointed me.

Worth the price.
Very nice tripod for the price. Easy to set up, the only let down you can't pack everything in the carry case. And it doesn't have to long strips like the picture shows.
