I've tried Teddy, Jiffy, Peterpan, Jif, Santa Cruz, smuckers, and Justin's peanut butter. The best tasting natural peanut butter "was" Jif Natural for its roasted peanut taste but it has palm oils in it which is terrible for your heart (especially the sheer quantity I eat in one sitting). Along comes ADAM's Natural peanut butter to not only preserve that flavor as close as possible but to not use palm oils is INCREDIBLE! So I can't recommend it enough if you want simply the BEST tasting natural peanut butter on the market. Sure you have to mix it because there's no emulsifiers but hey you'll lose a couple of calories before you indulge in the 2,000 if you eat it like I do haha!
Peanut butter has always been a staple in our household, we have tried many brands and had a hard time finding any without palm oil or sugars. This peanut butter is exactly what we have always dreamt of and are glad that we can have it as an ordered staple in our household!
I had never even heard of this amazing peanut butter until a recent trip to California. My first taste of it blew me away. It is, bar none, the best peanut butter I've ever tasted. Not only does it taste like real peanuts -- it tastes like REALLY GOOD real peanuts. (As all peanut lovers know, really good peanuts are a rare delight.) Stores in my home state don't carry Adams, unfortunately, so I'm glad I can order this treasure from the Smucker's website. (I think this is only the second product review I've ever written -- the first was 10 or so years ago -- but I am so happy to have discovered this outrageously good peanut butter that I can't help speaking up to spread the word.)
I love the " stir the oil back in " PBs . Perfectly salted , with some peach preserves and good bread. Mmm mmm
Real peanut butter. Made of-you know- peanuts and not sugar and chemicals and so on' Crunchy. WHY is this basic good thing so very hard to find?
There are many other products which say "natural" on the label, but when you check the ingredients, they are not at all. Natural peanut butter contains only peanuts and salt. Period.
Get the premixed peanut butter. The oil can be mixed in with this but makes it oilier tasting. Love that this is natural. No added sugars and other crap.
if i can leave negative stars I would. open up the jar theres at least and inch of oil on top with peanuts. seems like those were the online peanuts in the jar. the peanut butter itself is salty, bland and dense. no flavor. I honestly don't know how this company keeps this mess on a shelf. its horrible.
probably one of the worst concoctions I've ever purchased. contents apparently separate and then you have to stir up this thick mess and refrigerate it so that it doesn't go bad. this is why we have preservatives in our Foods
Adams is the best, been a fan for over 20 years but just cannot manage to mix it to a decent spread. I always purchase the "stirred" variety and thought that's what I ordered- my big mistake!! Will donate all 6 jars to the local food bank. Is there any good way to stir it so it isn't all oily and yucky?
