If you have more than one animal then getting prescribed flea and tick medication from the veterinarian can be a time when you think you might have to file bankruptcy in order to make sure your animals are protected. That is where this product comes in handy. Although only one cat goes outside and we are working on trying to convince her that inside is a better choice, then all cats need protection just-in-case. Adams products have been used by us for several years and we have never had a problem with them personally. In order to apply the spray we usually dampen a rag with it them pet, rub their coats all over. This is better because we are not taking a chance of making them afraid of such a process. It makes applying the product equally easy and also thorough. We have not had any problem with the spray bottle stopping up or malfunctioning, and that is a good point. And we have never had a problem opening the bottle in order to use it, which is a positive fact no matter what anyone says.
