Great product. Water beaded right off. Very clear. No foggy residue.
I am happy with my glass coating, I like the ease of applying and feel that it lasts well if I only use the wipers as needed. I usually don't use the wipers above 45 or so but my windshield is at a pretty laid back angle compared to my last vehicle. I can say that this coating helps the wipers at slow speeds also but still only use them as necessary.
Prepared vehicles as recommended. Afraid to apply polishat first since couldn't see color change so decided to wipe off polish when it got a little sticky. Worked easily to wipe off unless I waited too long. The longer I waited the more elbow grease needed. With one bottle did both large and medium size SUVs. At times put it on twice in a few places just to see if it got slicker. Now I'm showing off my shiny SUVs to friends!
I followed guidance of Professor YouTube for the application. I used it on my wife's and my vehicles. It was very easy to apply and I had great results. Of course, the next day, they release the glass polish…🤬. So, I will try that next time after the clay bar.
I highly recommend this coating. As long as you clean the glass surface and clay it before applying, you'll get the desired results. I drove in rain just a few days after application and the water just beaded right up and flew off the windshield on its own. Hardly had to use my wipers. Worth every cent. The fact that there's no cure time is also a strong selling point. Nobody wants to apply something to their vehicle and wait around for it to take hold. There's no waiting with this stuff. Get it and you won't be disappointed!
I used Adam's Glass Polish to prep the windshield and all of the windows on my 2023 Honda Passport SUV. Treatment was easy enough to apply as cure time was not an issue. So I did all the glass before polishing clear with a number of microfiber towels. I had to shake the very last drops from the bottle to finish the job. I didn't realize that I'd need the whole bottle for one vehicle. So the cost was higher than I had expected. It looks great, but I'll have to see how long it protects. But based on cost, I'd have to say that I hope it last's for a very long time.
TLDR version; it's a good product, easy to apply, works mostly as advertised, but too expensive. I'd purchase again and recommend to a friend. 👍 Full version; It's easy to apply, compared to some of the other graphene products. For the money though, they could have given us a bigger bottle. The chemical absorbs quickly into the applicator, so you'll go through it very quickly. I used almost an entire bottle on my Sierra 2500 applying 2 coats, so I ordered 2 more bottles. It goes on easily, wipes off nicely with little to no streaking. No problems there. Heavy rain beads off nicely, although it doesn't eliminate the need for wipers like in the videos. If you're in a downpour while doing 50+ mph on the highway, then you will definitely see an improvement over an uncoated windshield. But if you're in a drizzle/light mist while driving around town, then the effect is not very noticeable. It also helps when drying the glass after a wash. Most of the water sheets off, and the residual water blows off cleanly, without the need to towel dry the glass. Overall, I'm satisfied with it. It's lasted a month so far, so time will reveal the longevity of it. It's fun to watch the water bead and sheet off the glass and it makes drying easier.
In heavy rain or on the highway, this works pretty well, but in light rain or driving around the city water sticks to the windshield and wipers are necessary. When using the wipers they occasionally skip as well from the coating. So if you're expecting this to work in all conditions I would not recommend it.
I love Adams products but this one was a let down. I applied it to the winshield, following all instructions and really couldn't tell a difference when it rained. I was exepting a Rain-X type repllant, but that is not the case with this product, there was some beading but it did not make the windshied easier to see out of during raing. Not sure this product is worth the money. I would hold off on buying this product until a better version is available.
I've been using Adams products for nearly 10 years now. This is the first time I tried a product and found a dud. I applied this coating to both of our daily drivers. It repelled water like crazy! Now 3 weeks later, it doesn't bead or repel rain at all. I had higher hopes for a product advertised to last 9-12 months. I prepped the glass and used 2 coats exactly like in the instructional YouTube video.
